Biography

Ms. Scott has successfully represented clients in a broad range of complex, commercial litigation in state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations across the United States.

With extensive experience including state court class actions, securities class actions, Shareholder derivative actions, SEC investigations, misappropriation of trade secrets, and attorney malpractice, Ms. Scott also has defended claims for breach of contract, fraud, antitrust violations, civil RICO violations, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and employment discrimination. As well, she has prosecuted and defended claims in bankruptcy adversary proceedings and has prosecuted breach of contract and employment discrimination claims. Ms. Scott also represents individuals in legal malpractice litigation and companies suing and being sued by banks.
